Provident Bank Mortgage was established in 1977 as the mortgage division of Provident Savings Bank originally chartered in 1956. PBM soon realized that in order to serve the growing needs of the real estate lending community, a wholesale division was necessary. Provident Bank Mortgage Wholesale was developed to address this need. The primary focus of our wholesale employees is in the development of relationships with mortgage brokers. This focus on Mortgage Brokers allows PBM to provide a wider range of mortgage products to a wider range of customers. |
